Delivery Information

1. Delivery Methods
We offer delivery via trusted courier services within South Africa. This may include standard couriers or Uber courier from time to time. For nearby locations, we may also offer in-store delivery depending on the destination. Delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
In-store or Uber delivery times will vary based on location and availability.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, traffic, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected delivery method.

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking
Once dispatched via courier, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. For in-store or Uber deliveries, tracking may not be available, and you will be notified of delivery arrangements.

6. Risk & Ownership
Ownership and risk of products pass to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect packages for damage upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

7. Delivery Restrictions
Currently, we deliver only within South Africa. International deliveries are not available.
